These Terms of Service are entered into between you (the “User” or “you”) and the HeroGuide platform (“HeroGuide”, “we” or “us”).

By using HeroGuide, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

HeroGuide connects users with local guides, interpreters, car charter and companion services for needs such as travel, business trips, exhibitions and business meetings abroad (the “Services”).

Users can place an order online and pay the corresponding fee to obtain the Services.

2. User rights and obligations

Registration & account security: You must complete registration and provide true, accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.

Orders & payment: You should fill in order details accurately and complete payment as instructed. An order is valid once payment succeeds.

Service & feedback: You may require the guide to perform the Services per your order and may leave a review afterwards. If any issue arises, please contact the guide and our support team promptly.

Compliance: You must comply with the laws of your country and the destination country, and must not use the platform for any unlawful activity.

3. HeroGuide rights and obligations

We will do our best to match you with suitable guides and keep the platform running.

Guides on the platform complete identity verification to help ensure reliability and safety.

If problems occur during a service, we will step in to help and protect your rights.

We protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Fees and payment

You pay the fees shown on the platform. International payments are processed securely via our payment providers (e.g. Stripe / PayPal).

5. Liability for breach

If you breach these terms, we may unilaterally terminate the Services and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

If a service cannot be completed or has quality issues due to reasons attributable to HeroGuide, we will take remedial action or refund the corresponding fee as appropriate.

6. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may pursue the matter through the competent court.

7. Miscellaneous

These terms take effect once you accept them and complete registration, and remain valid.

We may revise these terms as our business and applicable laws evolve. Revised terms will be announced on the platform; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
